We recently moved to Brays Island and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Upstairs- 2.5 bedroom (king/queen/full), 2 bath (one with a tub), living room and small dining table, full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully furnished with utensils, pots, etc. Coffee included. Minimum 2 night stay, $275/night or $1,650/week. $150 cleaning charge and $500 pet deposit. Pay by cash, check or cc

Downstairs- 1 bedroom (king), bath with walk-in shower and kitchenette. Coffee included. Also, includes 2 separate dog kennels with access to outdoor concrete runs.

Minimum 2 night stay, $150/night or $900/week. $100 cleaning charge and $500 pet deposit. Pay by cash, check or cc

Both units have full linens, towels and kitchen accessories. If you need something just ask. Doors are accessed with a code (no keys)
